Senda is thrilled to announce a three-year strategic partnership with United States Youth Futsal (USYF), the largest US soccer-affiliated futsal organization. Having provided for almost a decade the official balls, Senda will now be the official uniform, apparel and accessory brand for all USYF programs. The strategic partnership includes sponsoring the largest youth futsal Championship Series, Coaching Education modules, Futsal ID, and International Team experiences, as well as catering to the general needs of the 100+ USYF leagues, clubs, and Academy affiliates.

Founded in 1994, USYF is committed to the growth and development of youth futsal in the US. As a US Soccer member, USYF is the largest and fastest-growing futsal organization in the United States, overseeing more than 100 local leagues in 30 states across the country. Its mission is to develop players, coaches, and officials to compete at the highest levels of futsal and soccer in the world. In addition to hosting leagues around the country, USYF offers several programs to enhance the level and passion for the game for all its members.

USYF has recently announced their alliance with Liga Nacional de Fútbol Sala (LNFS), the governing body that runs the major professional futsal league in Spain. The purpose of this agreement is to work together to grow the futsal game in the United States. This initiative, as well as the partnership with Senda, are part of their commitment to developing the American youth futsal community.

"We are extremely proud of our partnership with USYF. We are confident that together we will boost futsal growth in the United States. This partnership reflects Senda’s commitment and support to the sport and the American futsal community”, stated Santiago Halty, CEO and founder of Senda.

Brian Catrine, USYF Executive Director, stated: “Senda offers many amazing products and the organization is run by futsal people who understand the game and the needs of the athletes. Santiago Halty and the Senda team are a perfect fit with aligned values and a genuine interest in growing the game together.”

Jon Parry, President of US Youth Futsal, added, “We are excited to grow the game together with Senda and look forward to providing additional quality products and services to our futsal community."

The agreement comes just when futsal relevance is gaining momentum in the US as its national team qualified a few weeks ago to the 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup, which will take place in Lithuania in September. This major achievement is a milestone in American futsal history.

Senda welcomes the USYF and all member teams as the newest members of the family.
