Senda Athletics Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Instructions:
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your SendaAthletics.com purchase, you can return your SendaAthletics.com purchase (in unused condition) up to 30 days after the original purchase date for an exchange or a full refund. Customer must provide their own return shipping.
Please note that we can’t accept products that have been used. “Unused Condition” means the product is in its original condition, shipped in its original packaging, and with all original tags. Any product showing signs of evident wear or not returned in the condition in which it was shipped will not be accepted (or a refund will not be issued). Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return products back to us. We do not offer return shipping labels, however, we DO cover the shipping cost back to you on an exchange.
Note: Exchanges can only be made for an item that is the exact same cost of the original purchase price. Please include size and style number of the item you wish to exchange for. An exchange request will be fulfilled upon receipt of the return if inventory is still available.
PLEASE NOTE: If you opted to have your order shipped via UPS 2-Day Air service, we are unfortunately unable to refund your shipping charges. This policy applies specifically to SendaAthletics.com website purchases only.
Senda Athletics International Shipping Policy
International (outside the U.S.) shipping & handling fees are automatically calculated upon checkout. However, international customers pay for additional charges such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which varies by country. Import duties, taxes, and custom fees will be extra costs in addition to the item price and shipping costs. Such fees will be collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of such fees. The order confirmation specifies only the charges that we are collecting. Please check with your country’s customs office and determine additional costs.

Complete the return form (use the link provided by our Customer Service team) with your email, order details and the reason for the return.

After completing the form, you will automatically receive an email with the address to which you should send the shoes you need to return.
Once you have returned the product, please notify us (via email, chat, or phone) with the tracking number so we can monitor the return process and provide you with timely updates.
Refund:
A refund will be issued for the full product cost (excluding shipping charges and taxes).
Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after receiving the returned product.

Limitations:
This policy applies only to the shoes category purchased directly through our website.
If you prefer, you can request an exchange or replacement for another pair of shoes (taking into account the original product price paid), considering:
-Once an exchange or replacement is made, a refund is no longer available.
-Subsequent exchanges or replacements are not permitted unless the product remains unused with all labels/tags/packaging intact, as in a standard purchase.
