Matheus Palhinha back once again and with yet another amazing futsal tutorial. In this video, Matheus presents and demonstrates an effective nutmeg for you to add to your artillery. Matheus does a simple initial move to engage the defender, once the defender chases, the nutmeg comes into effect. A very simple yet precise nutmeg can be useful in creating space for you on the court while also isolating the defender from the play.

Like mentioned in blog posts before, futsal requires you to use the soles of your feet to control and move the ball. You see that again in this video as Matheus preforms the nutmeg using the sole of his foot to roll it under the defender's legs.
