New US Youth Futsal International Uniforms

In the framework of our 3-year strategic partnership, we are proud to introduce the new US Youth Futsal international uniforms. They are the result of a joint development between the Senda design team and USYF management aimed at representing the spirit and essence of American Youth Futsal.

The uniforms are being launched at the US Youth FUTSAL ID, in Kansas City on July 8, 2021. This program identifies and develops U10-U19 elite players in a highly competitive and challenging environment through a series of State and National ID Trials. Top players from each identification trial are invited to participate in the US Youth Futsal National ID trials for training and matches. The US Youth Futsal International Teams are selected from the National ID Trials. This is the best occasion to introduce the new official gear.

The creative process

Ivan Pauwels, Teamwear Designer that led the project, said: “We set out to create a collection that celebrates the essence of the American sentiment by obviously combining the colors of the American flag, in a relaxed style that reflects the youth of the players that will wear the uniforms.” The collection includes home and away players and goalkeeper kits, training kits, and coach apparel. “The US Youth Futsal spirit is reflected with brushstrokes in the players' jerseys, while the goalkeeper kits allowed us to be bolder combining fresh colors such as magenta and ocean blue. The stars patterned in the goalkeeper jerseys not only represent the 50 states of the United States of America but also represent the dream that these young players will shine and become the next generations of world-class futsal and soccer players who will lead us to victory,” Ivan added.

We set out to create a collection that celebrates the essence of the American sentiment by obviously combining the colors of the American flag, in a relaxed style that reflects the youth of the players that will wear the uniforms.

The kits

The home jersey has a clean, almost all-white aesthetics with a combined brushstroke of red, white, and blue in the left sleeve and the lower part of the back. The USYF crest and the USA graphic decorate the front. The full look includes USYF blue shorts with white and red touches and white socks.

In the away jersey navy blue prevails while the brushstrokes combine red and USYF blue. Navy blue shorts and socks complete the head-to-toe look.

We are confident that this collection will not only have players and coaches properly outfitted but will also make them feel proud of wearing such a representative look of the American spirit.
